Job summary

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is seeking a motivated Finance Specialist to streamline the purchase process for customers at our RV dealership in Indiana. The role focuses on financing options, dealer documentation, and presenting F&I products to enhance the sale.

You will liaise between customers and the Finance Department, verify paperwork accuracy, and ensure a smooth purchase/pickup experience. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Two years+ experience in a finance or contract specialist role.
• Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; solid math skills.
• Weekend availability and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with online finance applications and liaise with the Finance Department.
• Present financing and leasing options tailored to customers’ needs.
• Present and sell F&I products and protection packages.
• Prepare Purchase Agreements and collect deposits accurately.
• Verify title, lien info, taxes, and dealer data.
• Schedule demonstrations and pickups; follow up on paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs and incentives.
• Ensure timeliness of paperwork at purchase/pickup.

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated Finance Specialist to streamline the purchase process for customers at our RV dealership.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete an online finance application as requested.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the Finance Department to present financing and leasing options tailored to their financial situation and RV needs.
• Present and sell F&I products including extended service contracts, paint and fabrication, and other protection packages.
• Prepare Purchase Agreements and take Deposits on campers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of current manufacturer programs, incentives, and rate sheets.
• Verify the accuracy of all title, lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork. Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership databases (including e-mail addresses).
• Assist in the preparation and verification of all loan documents coming from the Finance Department to ensure accuracy at the time of purchase/pickup.
• Accurately and efficiently schedule all customers for unit demonstrations and pickups.
• Help customers to successfully complete the purchase process and follow up with the Finance Department to ensure all paperwork has been submitted in a timely manner.

Essential Job Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years+ experience in a finance or contract specialist role preferably in a dealership environment.
• Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
• Superior math skills for calculating Purchase Agreements, financing rates, and contracts.
• Willing to successfully complete additional finance training and/or certifications.
• General camper/RV knowledge preferred (or willing to learn).
• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willing to learn and work effectively with other members of the sales team.
• Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).
• A valid driver's license and good work/attendance record required.
