Role Overview

This is an entry-level position responsible for researching, processing, and resolving Certificate, Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA), and Payable on Death (POD) requests. The role involves identifying suspicious or fraudulent activity, placing holds on accounts, and providing necessary documentation for review. The position operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
