Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Finance Specialist in Madison, WI to support project payments and customer inquiries. You will manage data entry, assist with lender payments, and ensure accurate records across spreadsheets and databases.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and timely communication in a fast-paced home-improvement network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative/data entry experience.
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience.
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project completion by requesting payments from lenders.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases.
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made.
• Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet.
