Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on accounts payable support, data entry, and coordinating project payments with lenders while maintaining accurate records and timely communications with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of admin/data entry experience and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or data entry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong data-entry and recordkeeping abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project payment processing by requesting payments from lenders.
• Answer customer calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and databases.
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made.
• Handle related accounts payable month-end tasks.

About the Role:

• Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders
• Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner
• Identify and correct data entry errors
• Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made
• Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet

Key Qualifications:

• 1 -2 years of administrative/data entry experience
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
• High attention to detailin a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping
