Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Finance Specialist to support accounts payable processes and data entry with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating with lenders, answering inquiries, and maintaining precise records.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $23 with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a company 401K with match, paid holidays, and vacation time, along with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience.
• 1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience.
• Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner.
• Identify and correct data entry errors.
• Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases.
• File invoices and check stubs as payments are made.
• Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet.
