Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Field Marketer in Huntsville, TN. You will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and special offers.

No selling is required; you will generate interest, schedule free in-home demonstrations, and represent a trusted brand. We offer base hourly pay with uncapped bonuses, a consistent M-F schedule, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• No experience required; self-motivated to grow in sales/marketing
• Outgoing and well-spoken for in-person outreach
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings
• Willingness to learn sales and marketing strategies first-hand
