Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior ERP Solutions Manager to lead both functional and technical teams across Oracle Cloud ERP, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will drive a unified roadmap, governance, and partner relationships while ensuring data integrity and production continuity.

You will mentor engineers and consultants, apply AI to ERP workflows, and communicate strategy to senior leadership, with travel to Orange County as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ERP or enterprise systems delivery with leadership experience.
• Proven success delivering on a major cloud ERP (ideally Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Strong fluency across finance, accounting, and manufacturing processes.
• Technical fluency in ERP integrations, extensions, and reporting.
• Ability to serve multiple business communities with competing priorities.
• Experience leading both functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical teams to meet ERP needs across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Set a unified roadmap for configuration, extensions, integrations, and reporting.
• Coach and develop functional consultants and engineers; manage performance and hiring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and delivery commitments.
• Establish governance for requirements, design reviews, and change control.
• Own ERP core vendor relationship and on-call support.
• Drive data integrity, cost management accuracy, and production continuity.
• Define boundaries between standard configuration and custom development.
• Apply AI to ERP development, testing, and data analysis.
• Communicate strategy and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
