Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I in Bellevue to support the Client Service department through accurate processing of paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance. This role complements Relationship Managers by handling behind-the-scenes execution for a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial services with strong attention to detail, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years of job related experience
• Financial services industry experience required
• Customer service experience helpful
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork and documentation accurately
• Execute money movement requests per policy
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party platforms
• Support SOP documentation and training
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements
