Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Talent for the Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program in the United States. You will join a cohort to complete four six-month rotations across Finance disciplines, gaining hands-on project experience and mentorship from senior leaders.

You will work on process improvements, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives, leveraging AI tools to optimize finance processes and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to present findings or a report to a group.
• Collaboration on cross-functional team projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy.
• Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
