Job summary

Salesforce invites recent graduates to join the Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program, a four six-month rotation track across core Finance disciplines. You will engage in hands-on projects, financial modeling, and data analysis while working with mentors from senior leaders.

During the program you will apply AI tools to optimize finance processes, develop strategic insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis or data analysis.
• Written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group.
• Collaborated on a team project involving multiple functions or backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy.
• Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
