Salesforce is launching a Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program designed to develop future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on projects and mentorship from senior leaders. Qualifications

• Completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting.
• Written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group.
• Collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds.
• Experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy.
• Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
