Job summary

Salesforce invites driven graduates to join the Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program in Seattle. You’ll rotate across four six-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, treasury, revenue operations, and strategy while contributing to real projects that shape the company’s finances.

As part of a tight-knit cohort, you’ll receive mentorship from senior finance leaders and have opportunities to transition into a permanent finance role after completing the program.

Qualifications

• Coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting.
• You have written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group.
• You have collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds.
• You have experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy
• Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
