Ocala Tractor LLC seeks a Finance Representative / F&I Representative to guide customers through financing at our Eustis, FL location. This in-person role partners with sales, lenders, accounting, and management to move deals from application to funding.

You’ll ensure accurate approvals, documents, and funding packages, while aligning activities with dealership standards and lender requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Ocala Tractor LLC is seeking a Finance Representative / F&I Representative to support customers through every stage of the financing process at its Eustis, FL location. In this onsite role, you partner with sales, lenders, accounting, and dealership management to move deals from credit application to final funding and completion.

You will be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping ensure approvals, documents, and funding packages are accurate, complete, and ready for contract signing. You will also work closely with the Finance Director to keep finance activities aligned with dealership standards, lender requirements, and applicable state and federal guidelines.

What you’ll do

• Review and submit customer credit applications
• Coordinate with manufacturer and third-party lenders to move transactions forward
• Structure finance options based on customer needs, lender programs, and approvals
• Communicate approvals and any stipulations, including down-payment requirements and finance terms
• Prepare retail installment contracts and other required purchase and financing documents
• Present F&I products, protection products, and property insurance using a menu-based presentation
• Verify identification, proof of residence, and income documentation, along with lender stipulations
• Ensure contracts and supporting documentation are complete and accurate before customer signing
• Prepare and submit complete funding packages and follow up with lenders on outstanding funding requirements
• Support the sales team to keep transactions moving efficiently
• Maintain organized, accurate deal files and resolve funding, contracting, documentation, and lender-related issues
• Follow each transaction through final funding and completion
• Provide customers a professional, efficient, and transparent finance experience
• Work with the Finance Director to ensure finance-related work meets dealership standards, lender requirements, and applicable state and federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or comparable dealership finance experience
• Experience working with retail credit applications and lenders
• Understanding of retail installment contracts and dealership finance documentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to confidently discuss financing, terms, and protection products
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active transactions and competing priorities
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a larger finance team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and dealership software proficiency
