Gator Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to structure finance deals and drive revenue through aftermarket products. You will complete all documents required for funding and ensure compliance with privacy notices and dealership policies.

This role requires 3+ years in automotive F&I, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build lender relationships. Relocation to Jasper, FL is required; in-person work with a high-volume dealership and opportunities for

Formación

3+ years of Finance & Insurance management experience in an automotive dealership.
Automotive dealership experience required.
Knowledge of federal/state/local regulations affecting vehicle purchases and financing.
Ambitious and customer-service driven.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Proficient computer skills and paperwork experience.
Valid driver’s license required.

Full job description Gator Chevrolet is looking for an experienced F&I Manager to add to our busy dealership! At Gator Chevrolet we keep our customers on the move with outstanding, reliable automotive customer service from friendly and professional staff. The Finance Manager is responsible for structuring finance deals and producing revenue by selling aftermarket products including extended service contracts, gap waivers, paint & fabric protection, maintenance plans, etc. The candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented as you are responsible for completing all documents related to the sales transaction to ensure proper funding.

Finance & Insurance Manager Responsibilities

Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all our lenders and factory sources.
Submit all necessary paperwork in order to secure financing for our customers in a timely manner.
Follow all processes as they relate to handling, securing and safeguarding all documents.
Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding the best options suited for our clients
Process loan, tag and title, and miscellaneous documents efficiently
Clearly explain all aspects of a customer’s purchase ensuring 100% satisfaction
Ensure that policies in place for credit applications and privacy notices have been followed.
Maintain an accurate account for all products sold.
Pull monthly penetration reports and review with manager.
Ensure payoffs are accurate to ensure timely processing of titles.
Ensure all vehicles financed have a perfected lien.
Hit monthly objectives on a consistent basis.

Finance & Insurance Manager Requirements

3 years + previous Finance and/or F&I Managerial experience
Automotive dealership experience
Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance department
Must be ambitious, and customer-service driven
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Computer skills
Valid driver’s license
