Comunilife Inc. is seeking an experienced Office of the CFO Project Manager to support the Chief Financial Officer by coordinating financial operations and leading strategic initiatives such as budget cycles, system upgrades, and cost-control measures.

This high-visibility role combines administrative precision with financial project execution, serving as the primary liaison between the CFO and stakeholders, managing calendars, travel, and executive communications while driving process

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of combined experience in executive support, financial analysis, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating finance-related initiatives and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance-related projects, such as annual budget rollouts, software implementations, and audit preparations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, drafting memos, reports, and executive presentations.
• Track strategic goals, analyze workflows, and identify cost-saving efficiencies.
• Manage the CFO’s calendar, arrange travel, and screen correspondence with high discretion.
