The role blends administrative precision with financial project execution, leading budget cycles, system upgrades, and cost-control initiatives. You will liaison with internal and external stakeholders, prepare executive memos and presentations, manage the CFO's calendar and travel, and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2 to 3+ years of combined experience in executive support, financial analysis, or project coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance-related projects, such as annual budget rollouts, software implementations, and audit preparations.
• Serve as the primary contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, drafting memos, reports, and executive presentations.
• Track strategic goals, analyze workflows, and identify cost-saving efficiencies.
• Manage the CFO’s calendar, arrange travel, and screen correspondence with high discretion.
• Performs special projects as needed
