Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the finance domain.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional finance and IT projects.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
