Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of project management experience.
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of project management experience.
• 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating security, compliance, or risk management initiatives (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GovRAMP, FedRAMP).
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong organizational and execution skills, including experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable work items.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives across product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise security and regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.
• Partner with product managers to translate security requirements into actionable project plans and align security controls with product delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging AI capabilities and piloting scalable solutions that optimize security processes, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
• Establish governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Influence adoption of organizational initiatives into product development lifecycles and continuous improvement processes.
