We currently have an exciting career opportunity in ourFinanceteam for aFinance Project Coordinator to join the team in a Remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Prepare projects for time and expense entry based on firm’s project set up process.
  • Set up billing schedules in billing system.
  • Prepare and upload conditional project rates.
  • Work in time entry system to set up time entry approvers for applicable projects.
  • Update billing rates on projects by request.
  • Data maintenance based on requests received through the changes form and the US Billing queue (responsible person changes, address changes, project closings, profit center updates, etc.)
  • Assist with Time Entry Changes.
  • Assist with responding to basic client inquiries.
  • Support the billing and AR team as needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in finance or professional service organizations.
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparation of client invoices.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet monthly deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to function as a member of a team to accomplish group objectives.
  • This position reports directly to Billing Supervisor.
