Job summary

Apple Inc. seeks a Senior Finance Program Manager for Services to lead cross-functional programs shaping Subscriptions and Payments. You will own finance requirements, drive execution with Product, Engineering, and other Finance teams, and ensure finance considerations are embedded from day one.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP implementations, platform rebuilds, and SOX/controls across accounting, tax, treasury, and controllership in a Payments or Subscriptions context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in system implementation, accounting, internal audit, or internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of internal control and compliance frameworks.
• Experience documenting end-to-end processes and risk controls.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process flow documentation for in-scope Services financial processes.
• Drive transformation of controllership and business‑partnering processes using automation and data analytics to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Design and implement US GAAP and Tax-compliant process changes for Services models.
• Partner with Finance leadership, IS&T, and Services functions to scope, prioritize, and deliver changes.
• Continuously enhance SOX program methodology and modernize testing and monitoring approaches.
• Design and deliver training for control owners and business stakeholders on compliance and fraud risk.
• Track and report on the health of the Services Finance control environment to leadership.
