Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial management, a bachelor's degree in finance or related field, and proven leadership in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for complex programs.
• Understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Re-pricing of FAR 12 and FAR 15 Cost Proposals using labor and material estimates.
• Lead and oversee the execution of the project.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Utilize project management tools and processes to maximize program performance.
• Manage and deliver pricing programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.
• Ensure pricing proposals meet customer needs and are compliant with FAR 15 and FAR 12.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams.
• Participate in Big Room Planning Sessions with Cross Functional teams.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
