Job summary

Teleion is seeking a Finance Program Manager in Seattle to bridge accounting, finance and project management across stakeholders. Ideal candidates work across forecasting, modeling and business partnering to guide near- and long-term plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, end-to-end project delivery, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, employee-led culture. Eligible candidates should hold a related BA and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

  • BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong forecasting and FP&A skills to assist with coordinating month-end reporting, analysis and process improvement.
  • Analytical acumen; process orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Own, refine, and develop key areas of processes.
  • Build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and present findings regularly.
  • Manage and execute projects from start to finish including data gathering, modeling, problem solving and communication.
  • Anticipate business requirements and variances; develop action plans and measure results.
  • Perform assorted tasks as assigned.

Teleion is looking for Finance Program Manager to join our team! Successful candidates will have experience in at least two of the following three disciplines – Accounting, Finance and Project Management – and can become well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders.

Responsibility
  • Own, refine, and develop key areas of processes.
  • Work with the business team to build business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting.
  • Collaborate with and present to the senior leadership team on a regular basis.
  • Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.
  • Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variance
  • Perform assorted tasks as assigned
Requirement
  • BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree or equivalent work experience
