Job summary

Teltrium Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, program profitability, and business reporting across NASA, defense, and federal programs.

You will work closely with leadership, program managers, contracts, and accounting to provide insights that drive growth and improve operational performance. Strong Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in government contracting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Power BI, QuickBooks, Deltek Costpoint, or Unanet is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor program revenue, margins, funding, backlog, and profitability.
• Support labor utilization, indirect rate, and resource planning analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Assist with proposal pricing, cost estimating, and business case analysis.
• Support DCAA-compliant financial reporting and GovCon processes.
