Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Newark, DE invites a Product Owner to lead the Business Architecture program. You will collaborate with business, data SMEs, and technology teams to manage the credit product book of work and roadmap delivery across monthly releases.

You will oversee end-to-end project strategy, ensure release governance, and drive process improvements for Finance, Credit and Treasury reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management and business analysis with process re-engineering.
• Proven experience delivering large programs and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple work streams with organization.
• Detail oriented, responsible, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audiences.
• Ability to lead, influence and build cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct JIRA grooming and test execution.
• Manage issue resolutions and escalate critical risks.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Drive compliance with product and Release Management standards.
• Lead end-to-end project strategy for firmwide and LOB change events in Finance, Credit, and Treasury reporting.
• Identify and implement business process re-engineering, with user documentation and operational usage.
• Oversee release plans including scope, milestones, sourcing, test strategy, and implementation activities.
