Job summary

Nike Beaverton is seeking a strategic Finance Lead for Revenue and Gross Margin Reporting. You will partner across Global and Geo Finance to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and help drive revenue growth and margin optimization.

You’ll collaborate with Marketplace, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Planning teams to create unified reporting and performance scorecards that influence executive decisions and enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting and/or budgeting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including large-scale modeling and complex data analysis.
Experience developing executive-level reporting, insights, and financial presentations for senior leadership.
Experience within a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products organization preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver monthly and quarterly Revenue and Gross Margin reporting and analysis to support governance processes.
Own and evolve Revenue and margin reporting and integrate product margin metrics.
Advance a single source of truth reporting ecosystem across Finance, Marketplace, and Demand Planning.
Partner with multiple teams to define product attribution and develop performance KPIs.
Support Enterprise Business Planning with visibility across rolling plans and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance visualizations for faster insights.
Build financial models and reporting solutions across cross-functional teams to strengthen planning.
