Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Lead, Finance Product and Merchandising Reporting to join the Revenue and Gross Margin Planning organization in Beaverton.

You will translate complex data into executive-ready insights and partner with Global and Geo Finance teams to shape strategy and performance. The role requires strong financial planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities, with a focus on enabling faster, informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, strategic planning, forecasting or budgeting.
• Advanced Excel with large-scale modeling.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly Revenue, Product Margin and Gross Margin reporting for governance forums.
• Own and evolve Brand Revenue, POS and wholesale-equivalent revenue reporting.
• Develop an enterprise-wide reporting ecosystem by connecting Finance, Marketplace, Demand Planning and Product data.
• Define product attribution methodologies and establish reporting standards with BI, Merchandising, Planning and Demand/Supply teams.
• Enable Enterprise Business Planning with visibility across multiple seasons of plans and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve reporting processes and data governance.
• Develop financial models and decision-support tools with cross-functional teams to strengthen end-to-end planning.
• Champion data integrity and governance across key business metrics.
