Job summary

Syngenta Greensboro is seeking a Financial Process & Technology (FP&T) Business Process Specialist to transform Finance processes and technology across North America. You will partner with Finance, IT, and global teams to implement ERP/SAP initiatives, ensure data migration quality, and drive large-scale process improvements.

The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, and delivering on time while collaborating with cross-functional partners to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance transformation, ERP/SAP, Finance processes, business process improvement, or data migration.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes, such as General Ledger, Financial Close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, and Record-to-Report.
• Experience working with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems, such as process design and system implementation.
• Knowledge of Finance controls, compliance, audit readiness, and data governance principles.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with Finance, IT, business leaders, and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance process improvement and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to design scalable, compliant business processes.
• Manage Finance data migration activities, ensuring data quality, governance, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Prioritize projects, manage dependencies, and help deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP/SAP solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships while communicating project risks, progress, and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, governance, and adoption of new technologies.
