The role will own and improve end-to-end finance processes, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence. Strong SAP ERP experience and process-improvement background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of finance/accounting operations experience.
• Experience with end-to-end finance processes including General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
• SAP ERP experience supporting finance and business processes.
• Experience with ERP/financial system implementations.
• Requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and change management experience.
• Ability to partner with Finance, IT, GTS, and business stakeholders.
• Finance process improvement and optimization experience.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned finance processes from intake through execution and steady-state operations.
• Drive finance process standardization, optimization, and automation efforts.
• Partner with Finance, IT, GTS, and business leaders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support SAP and financial system enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and change management activities.
• Manage initiative backlogs, priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, and business procedures.
• Serve as an escalation point for finance process and system issues.
• Support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across finance operations.

Insight Global is seeking a SAP Finance Process Owner to support a Manufacturing Client! This opportunity is based out of Norfolk, NE or Grapeland, TX or Chemung, NY and will be on site. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews with quick feedback, competitive rates (ranging from $100K-130K based on years of expeirence) and lots of room for stability and growth as this is a Direct Hire opportunity with a reputable company.

Must Haves:
