Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in data analytics and process improvement.
• Experience using Excel with Macros, VBA, or Power Pivot.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings at different Jack Henry locations.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, creates, and maintains applicable Policies & Procedures.
• Manages department processes to ensure compliance and deadlines are met.
• Defines, documents, and publishes processes; observes practices across departments to optimize.
• Supports collection and interpretation of business information.
• Diagrams and evaluates existing processes; collects data to identify root causes.
• Develops metrics for process measurement and improvement opportunities.
• Measures performance against requirements and aligns improvements to shortfalls.
• Conducts impact analysis and defends recommendations to management.
• Interrelates KPIs and adjusts variables to improve measurements.
• Analyzes trends and conducts studies on potential changes and outcomes.
• Participates in post-project reviews to assess effectiveness.
• Provides consultation on re-engineering techniques and may deliver trainings.
• Analyzes high volumes of data from multiple sources.
