Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join the Finance-Accounts Receivable team. The role focuses on standardizing and automating processes to reduce manual work and deliver actionable insights across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics and process improvement.
Experience with Excel macros, VBA or Power Pivot.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings at other offices.

Responsibilities

Researches, analyzes, creates, and maintains Policies & Procedures.
Manages department processes to ensure compliance and deadlines.
Defines, documents, and publishes processes; identifies optimization opportunities.
Develops metrics for process measurement and improvement opportunities.
Performs Cost-Benefit and other analyses.
Interrelates KPIs and adjusts variables to improve measurements.
Provides consultation on re-engineering techniques and may train teams.
