Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field; advanced finance qualification preferred.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation, FP&A, controllership, or data-quality improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma and process excellence projects across Finance.
• Facilitate process mapping and value stream mapping sessions for finance processes.
• Analyze finance process performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools like Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, Pareto, and regression.
• Apply statistical tools to solve finance process and data-quality problems.
• Partner with Finance leaders, IT, and stakeholders to define project charters and benefits.
• Develop and implement sustainable finance process improvements with measurable value.
• Create control plans, dashboards, SOPs, and governance routines.
• Coach Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and teams on Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Design and deliver finance-focused training programs and workshops.
