Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Sr. Process Engineer to support Spring, TX or Berkeley Heights, NJ on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on driving process excellence across cross-functional environments using Lean Six Sigma, AI, and automation to deliver measurable business value.

You will mentor teammates, champion process standards, and collaborate with global stakeholders to realize sustainable improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt is a plus.
• Ability to apply Design Thinking and Agile alongside traditional methods.
• Experience with AI and automation as accelerators in projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery to value realization.
• Apply DMAIC approach to drive measurable business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
• Translate insights into actionable to-be processes and business cases.
• Develop and deploy sustainability through governance and standards.
• Mentor junior team members and promote process excellence.
