Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant professional experience (3–10 years).
• Experience leading teams/workstreams in cross-functional environments.
• Experience gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience documenting current-state processes and developing implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply BPM improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across financial and operational management.
• Lead or participate in teams driving process modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with CBP executives and senior leadership for requirements and status updates.
• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements and communicate progress to client leadership.
• Develop executive briefings and process documentation to support decision making.
