About Mission Possibly
Mission Possibly is a Singapore group of adventure brands. We get people outside, teach them to get properly good at something hard, and send them home with people they'll go again with.
- ESC (Every Season Counts): snowboard camps that take you up a level, in Japan, Switzerland and China. Includes Steezy Snow, our snowsports festival.
- cat.treks: adventure trips for women, led by women.
- Launching: ALT (A Little Taller) for hiking, and CurioTour for family trips.
We are bootstrapped, profitable and building this to last 30 years, not to sell in 3. Most of our team works remotely across Asia.

About the role
You’ll keep the money admin and team admin moving every week for a remote team of about 20 people across five brands. You’ll learn how a real multi-brand travel business runs its finances and looks after its people, with a senior finance lead teaching you.
What you’ll do
- Reimbursements and payments: Check claims against our policy, prepare the weekly payment run for approval, and pay approved claims.
- Bookkeeping support: Match receipts to transactions in Airwallex and apply the right labels (brand, trip, account). Chase missing receipts.
- Team engagement: Keep the birthday and work-anniversary calendar. Organise the monthly team briefing and one engagement activity a month.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Checklists, system access, welcome packs and leaver steps for every team member.
- Contracts: Prepare employment, contractor and intern agreements from approved templates, for legal review.
- Team intranet: Keep our Team Directory and HR hub up to date: people, roles, the org chart and policies.
- Grants admin: Collect the documents needed for grant applications and claims.
How we measure success
North Star: every reimbursement and team admin request closed on time, without anyone having to chase.
- Reimbursements paid after a complete claim: 95%+ within 5 working days
- Receipts matched to transactions at month-end: 98%+
- Monthly briefing and engagement activity: Held every month
- Birthdays and work anniversaries acknowledged: 100%
- Contract drafts ready: Within 3 working days of request
- Team Directory updated after a change: Within 5 working days
What you’ll bring
- Studying or recently graduated in accounting, finance, business or HR.
- Careful with detail. Numbers and names are right the first time.
- Organised. You keep trackers up to date without reminders.
- Discreet with pay, contracts and personal details.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Warm with people. You enjoy making a remote team feel looked after.
- Nice to have: basic bookkeeping; familiarity with Singapore employment or tax rules.
How we work
- Remote, from any country. You need at least 4 hours a day overlapping with Singapore time (GMT+8).
- AI-first. We use Claude and other AI tools every day to research, draft and analyse. You check the output before anyone relies on it.
- Write it down. Short, clear updates beat long meetings.
- Small team, real ownership. You own outcomes, not just tasks.
