Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and align with business strategy. You’ll partner with BioLife functions, deliver strategic financial guidance, and support decision making through analytics and modeling.

You will manage month-end close, prepare monthly reports with commentary, lead budgeting/forecasting for assigned functions, and develop models for ad hoc initiatives. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated business impact.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, including consolidation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned functions to understand business needs and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Analyze data and offer insights that support initiatives' success.
• Conduct ad hoc financial modeling to evaluate scenarios or projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor for financial inquiries and support financial health.
• Perform journal entries and analysis for month-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with insightful commentary.
• Prepare annual budgets and coordinate forecast activities.
• Identify trends to help functions achieve financial targets.
• Develop financial models to support ad hoc initiatives.
• Plasma & fixed asset inventory counts.
