Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate finance concepts for non-finance teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail with precise numbers.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with multiple Project Managers, becoming their go-to finance resource.
• Juggle 10-20 active projects at once, keeping every budget on point.
• Own expense management, budgeting, and accounts receivable end-to-end.
• Bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced, creative environment.
