Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with Engineering and design teams in Dearborn, MI. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for Advanced EV development, digital design, and corporate design functions.

You'll develop financial models, drive SOX controls, and mentor finance professionals while shaping investment decisions across software and hardware programs. This is a hybrid on-site role requiring four or more days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in finance with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience directing teams or influencing without authority.
• Ability to quantify ROI for software, tech or capital programs.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting for Engineering organizations with leadership input.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analysis with root-cause drivers.
• Develop financial models for tech investments, build-vs-buy and ROI.
• Present results to senior leaders across EV, Digital Design and Corporate Design.
• Ensure SOX compliance and document key processes.
• Lead and develop finance professionals and partner with stakeholders.
