Ford Motor Company is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator for Greenfield Labs in Palo Alto to support the Director of Software and the Advanced EV Development organization. You will coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and executive communications in a fast-paced studio environment.

The role requires handling confidential data with integrity, supporting onboarding, meetings, and events onsite. Hybrid work is expected with onsite presence four or more days weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of office, project, or logistics management experience in a high-energy professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Director of Software calendar, meetings, travel and room bookings; screen and prioritize requests.
• Prepare and submit travel and expense reports in accordance with Ford policies.
