Job summary

Koch seeks a Finance Business Partner to blend financial acumen with AI and automation skills. You will partner with leaders to improve profitability, build forecasting models, and automate data processes. The role supports i360 and Rushmore Labs, with office options in Arlington, VA or Wichita, KS.

You’ll develop P&L reporting, run scenario analyses, and use Python, SQL, and BI tools to drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
Ability to forecast revenue and expenses with financial models.
Working knowledge of AI tools for automating reporting or analysis.
Experience building data pipelines connecting data sources.
Proven ability to influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.
Experience collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
Advanced finance degree or CPA/CGMA preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply economic thinking to pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions.
Own reporting and profitability analysis across P&Ls, explain trends clearly.
Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue and expenses.
Build data pipelines connecting financial and operational data using AI tools.
