Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with leaders, improve financial results, and build forecasting models and automated data processes. The role requires collaboration across two fast-growing Koch companies, i360 and Rushmore Labs, with offices in Arlington, VA or Wichita, KS.

You will work on economic thought partnership, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision making, using AI tools and Python to connect to APIs and automate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related business field.
• Demonstrated capability in building financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, applied to automating financial reporting or analysis.
• Experience building data pipelines and connecting to APIs to bring together financial and operational data.
• Experience influencing others and improving decisions through clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Economic Thought Partner: apply economic thinking to pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions and share insights that create long-term value.
• P&L Reporting and Profitability Analysis: own reporting and analysis across multiple P&Ls, identify profitability drivers.
• Forecasting and Financial Modeling: develop and maintain models forecasting revenue and expenses with scenario analysis.
• AI, Automation, and Data Pipelines: use AI tools and Python to build data pipelines linking financial and operational systems and automate recurring processes.
