Qualifications

• 8+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• 6+ years of KPI analyses and reporting experience.
• 6+ years of creating financial/operational reports and data sets.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership (5+ members).
• 3+ years of advanced Excel (pivots, lookups).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AP analysts with upstream business, operations and technology teams.
• Set objectives, monitor KPIs, and deliver roadmaps.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial and operational plans to reach long-term goals.
• Provide accurate financial reporting, tracking, and corrective actions.
• Coach teams on Amazon Day 1 culture and leadership principles.
• Manage vendor payables and communications, driving timely resolution.
• Escalate trends, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Streamline P2P and O2C processes and document procedures.
• Utilize data from multiple databases to perform analyses.
