Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations & Consolidations to lead the company’s consolidation close, intercompany eliminations, and the allocation processes across legal entities.

You will own the monthly and quarterly close calendar end to end, drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in Finance Operations, and serve as the primary liaison with NetSuite administrators and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations, with 2-3 years in a people-management role.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidation close process end to end, including intercompany eliminations and the allocation process across all legal entities.
• Lead close governance meetings across Finance to streamline, accelerate, and de-risk the close.
• Serve as FloQast leader, driving adoption and automation across close and reconciliation tasks.
