Acelero Learning Shine Early Learning in Monmouth Middlesex County, NJ, is seeking an entry-level Financial Operations Specialist to support the finance team. You will handle accounts payable, vendor communications, and payment programs while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a High-Volume environment.

The role requires an associate degree in accounting/finance or related field and about two years of financial admin experience, with strong Excel and Google Workspace skills.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2 years of experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or related finance roles required; high-volume invoice processing and vendor management experience essential.
• Physical exam and background checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day accounts payable processing, approvals, and submission readiness.
• Verifies invoices with backup documentation and proper GL/funding coding.
• Maintains vendor accounts and resolves inquiries to keep good standing.
• Reconciles vendor statements monthly and researches discrepancies.
• Administers credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements; ensures accurate reporting.
• Supports staff with payment inquiries and helps run FedEx program administration.
• Assists with meeting prep, document scanning, and general clerical tasks for Finance leaders.
