Job summary

Brightpoint invites you to join our Finance Operations team as a Finance Operations Associate. You will design and implement process improvements, support department projects, and liaise across teams to perform essential administrative duties.

This role supports a new credit card and expense platform rollout and helps draft policies to ensure regulatory compliance. Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, you will help ensure staff across locations have the tools and support to efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years related administrative support experience.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and follow-through.
• Learner’s mindset with curiosity to adopt new systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Supports project coordination and implementation of new credit card and expense platform.
• Streamlines workflows and coordinates across teams for efficient adoption of new processes.
• Schedules meetings, drafts slides, and takes post-meeting notes for the SVP/CFO.
• Manages Finance SharePoint site and communicates SOP updates and deadlines.
• Performs visitor registration and supports office security procedures.
• Maintains office manuals, supplies, and general executive support tasks.
