Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years related administrative support experience.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and consistent follow-through.
• Demonstrates a learner’s mindset with the curiosity to find and apply new systems and software.
• Must have access to transit or other reliable transportation to execute the position’s responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides project and events coordination support for finance initiatives.
• Liaises with SVP/CFO to schedule meetings and prepare agenda and notes.
• Maintains the Finance SharePoint site and drafts SOPs and communications.
• Manages deposits and weekly cash receipt workflow.
• Supports vendor relationships, accounts, and purchasing policies.
• Assists with executive support and board meeting logistics.
