The role focuses on billing, payroll, reporting, compliance, and administrative workflows with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or office management in construction/industrial environments.
• Strong invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, and data entry skills.
• Experience processing payroll and supporting compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with lien waivers, certified payroll, union reporting, or construction paperwork.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books and daily accounting records.
• Process accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Prepare invoices, track collections, and support cash flow.
• Generate monthly financial and profitability reports for leadership.
• Process payroll and maintain union payroll documentation.
• Manage lien waivers and compliance paperwork.
• Serve as primary billing/administrative contact for clients.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and improve internal processes.
