You will manage salary and operating budgets, ensure compliance, and provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role includes supervising five staff members and collaborating with department heads and sponsored projects to optimize fiscal resources and accreditations compliance.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree with 4 years accounting/financial experience including 3 years supervisory; or Associate’s with 8 years incl. 3 years supervisory; or High School with 12 years incl. 3 years supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the salary and operating budgets for the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and for the Psychology Clinic.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to inform the department head for strategic planning and decision making.
• Establish departmental policies to ensure compliance with Federal, University, and College policies and accreditations.
• Supervise 5 staff, including training, performance reviews, and approvals for financial and HR transactions.
