Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of progressive experience in finance, budgeting, operations, or organizational management.
• Experience with financial oversight, resource allocation, program or operational management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven leadership of projects or teams in a complex university environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation in alignment with priorities.
• Advises senior leadership on financial implications of investments and initiatives.
• Oversees financial modeling, SPSF planning, and long-range fiscal sustainability efforts.
• Leads initiatives to improve operational performance and streamline business processes.
• Guides workforce planning, organizational design, and process improvement for service delivery.
• Develops performance metrics and operational analytics to support data-informed decisions.
• Serves on the Student Life Executive Leadership Team and advises the Vice Chancellor on strategy and resources.
• Supervises key Directors and fosters accountability, innovation, and high performance.
