Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Finance Operations Manager who blends finance and operations to drive business performance. You will partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to provide reliable reporting, insightful analysis, and forward-looking planning.

You will lead accounting operations and supervise the Staff Accountant, ensuring financial discipline to support growth while preserving agility in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial operations or management accounting.
• Exposure to manufacturing cost accounting, operational metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to build forecasts, close books, and walk the production floor to understand how the business really works.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close and deliver accurate reporting to inform leadership.
• Partner with General Manager and operations leadership to translate performance into insights.
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and track operational KPIs and input metrics for continuous improvement.
• Mentor Staff Accountant and provide coaching for professional growth.
• Transform financial data into narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
