Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead the Accounts Payable and Payroll teams and advise internal partners. You will drive financial reporting, analytics, and process improvements across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 5+ years in Finance Operations, and 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. CPA is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA highly preferred.
• 5+ years in Finance Operations, with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable and Payroll operations and teams.
• Close monthly/annual financials and prepare reports.
• Develop metrics to monitor team performance and efficiency.
